Our Process

5 Steps to Your Custom Space

We understand that your home is your haven and that picking a renovator you trust is of paramount importance. That’s why we work to establish and maintain your trust from the very beginning of our process. Five steps and no surprises- just transparency, professionalism, and superior craftsmanship from beginning to end.

We want to understand your objectives and what success looks like to you. At the beginning, all potential clients are asked to complete our Project Discovery Form. This gives us a sense of what you are looking for and provides a jumping off point for our preliminary consultation. Fill out the form to schedule a meeting.

During the pre-construction phase we map out a comprehensive plan for how best to achieve your objectives. We don’t rush into construction. We look at challenges and opportunities. We fine tune the budget and the plan. The result: a clear way forward, an accurate budget and fewer surprises.

Let’s make it official! During this step we sign all necessary documents and iron out the nitty gritty details. What are the alternative living arrangements? What are the available working hours and critical dates? As your guides throughout the renovation, we use the contract phase to consider important quality-of-life factors – ensuring as smooth a journey as possible.

Our passionate and experienced team members deliver superior craftsmanship and customer service throughout the construction phase. This includes communicating frequently and effectively. You, our partner, are empowered to be a part of the process. Using a cloud-based project management system, you can check in on the day-to-day progress of your project and to follow the costs, changes, and project status remotely.

You have invested in us. We are invested in you and your home. Every one of our projects is covered by a 2-year, limited warranty upon completion. Not quite sure if something in your home is performing properly? Let us know and we’ll get on it.
