To assess whether we are the right team for you, we ask all potential clients to first complete our Project Discovery Form. We want to better understand your project’s scope and your desired outcomes. If our skills are aligned with your needs, we coordinate a preliminary consultation.

Before building, we develop a comprehensive plan and detailed budget. We ask questions and guide you towards choices that suit your needs and budget. We determine the permits and approvals required to begin your project and consider the necessary environmental protections. Finally, we propose a realistic timeline that works for you.

Once we are in agreement regarding the scope of work and the budget we finalize the paperwork and iron-out the details. What are the alternative living arrangements? What are the available working hours and critical dates? We consider important quality-of-life factors – ensuring as smooth a journey as possible.

We have arrived! Our team of passionate experts and trade partners work to transform your dream into a reality. Each project has an assigned project manager. This professional oversees the work, ensuring that the project is on-schedule and the work up to Creative Integrity’s high standards. This is your point-person for the entire construction phase and is trained to troubleshoot effectively and communicate openly. Using a cloud-based project management system, you can also check in on the day-to-day progress of your project and can follow the cost and project status remotely.

While the goal is always perfection, there are times when something may need tweaking. Following any construction project, Creative Integrity provides a two-year warranty period. Our clients continue to have access to prompt and professional service and considered solutions.
